MAY 16th - 18th, 2025

About our Speaker:

We are delighted and honored to have a familiar and dear friend, Jeff Hyun, to be our guest speaker for our retreat.  Jeff is the founder of Barnabas & Co. - a ministry that aims to come alongside Asian American pastors and ministry leaders in order to encourage, strengthen, and provide care for their souls.  He is married to his beautiful wife Stella and together they have three beautiful children - Emily, Elijah, Elena. 

Retreat Location:

Oak Glen Christian Conference Center, Yucaipa CA 

Accommodations:

• Housing will be bunk beds with communal bathrooms.
• Families will be placed together in private rooms (bunk beds).
• You will need to bring your own linens (sleeping bag or sheets and blankets, pillows, and towels).

Meals:

4 meals are included with your registration, starting with breakfast on Saturday and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning. For more info about meals click here.

Please plan accordingly to have dinner before or on the way to retreat on Friday.

Childcare (potty trained and above) will be provided during the four main sessions.

Retreat Rates:

Early Bird Price (Until April 6th)

• $155 - Adult
• $120 - College 
• $90 - Child (ages 3-18)
• $20 - Infant (ages 2 and under)

Regular Price (April 7th-May 4th)

• $175 - Adult
• $120 - College 
• $120 - Child (ages 3-18)
• $20 - Infant (ages 2 and under)

*For families with multiple children ages 3-18, there will be a $20 discount per extra child (applicable to both early bird and regular price). Please apply code: " CHILDREN " at checkout.

Payment:

Your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. To receive the early bird price, please be sure to turn in your payment no later than April 6th.  If past the early bird date, the regular price will apply to your registration.

Release of Liability and Medical Consent Forms:
Please submit the retreat health forms in one of the following ways:

• Print and submit completed forms to the offering depository. Form printouts will also be available at the welcome table on Sundays

FAQ:

• How do I get to the retreat site? 
  • You can drive yourself or carpool with other church members. If you need help finding a ride to the retreat or if you can provide rides to others, please indicate this on your registration form. 
• What time should I arrive?
  • Please try to arrive by 6:30pm for check-in. The first worship session will start at 8:00 pm. You may arrive as early as 5:00 pm. 
• Is there a discount for coming part-time? 
  • Yes, please inform P. Peter that you will be attending part time, and he will confirm the rate with you and provide further instructions.
